Ray apparently has grey hair with purple irises while also wearing a face mask with a kanji that says Family there. His Meta Runnner arm also has a kind of crow aesthetic as well too.

Apparently his name showed up in Masa's undercover arm in One Shot.
His arm has the streaks that sort of resemble the crest of Project Blue but only with three streaks instead of five with Project Blue.
The kanji on his mask reads "Family".
In the Deleted Scenes from Meta Runner Season 1 video, there was an earlier prototype scene where Belle was speedrunning Ultra Jump Mania. In the scene, it shows the Meta Runner TASCorp banners which seemed to indicate that both Belle and Ray were the star runners at the time.
